About Us: Delfina Medical Group and Delfina Care Inc. provide a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services to improve maternal and child health outcomes. ‍About You: Our ideal Doula is one that has experience in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education. Responsibilities: - Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis - Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers - Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization Qualifications: - DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified - Licensed to practice as a doula in Maryland or DC is a requirement - Registered in Maryland Medicaid (ePrep) or DC Medicaid system is a requirement - Strong communication and conversational skills - Experience with Web and mobile technologies - Fluency in English is a requirement, additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred - Telehealth experience is a plus We value that everyone at Delfina brings a unique background and perspective.
