You’ll oversee the full delivery lifecycle — from planning and execution to optimization and stakeholder alignment — ensuring projects run efficiently, meet expectations, and deliver real business value. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project delivery: scope, resourcing, timelines, reporting, communication, and financials. - Maintain high-quality delivery standards and ensure strong client satisfaction across projects. - Apply and adapt Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) to fit each team’s and client’s needs. - Track and assess project performance, proactively identifying risks and improvement areas. - Drive clear and transparent stakeholder communication, managing expectations at all levels. - Monitor project health, including risks, sentiment, and financials. - Lead and support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Maintain accurate RAG/RAID tracking and provide clear visibility into project status. ## Requirements - Proven experience in project or delivery management, ideally within a tech, consulting, or SaaS environment. - Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks. - Skilled in JIRA or similar project management tools. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (internal and client-facing). - Demonstrated people management experience — mentoring, coaching, and developing teams within your projects - A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. ## Nice to Have - Experience working in tech consulting — exposure to a variety of projects and clients.
