## Job description

Summary

El DTM trabaja dentro del área de Delivery, en conjunto con el Project Manager de Delivery (DPM), dando soporte a todos los aspectos técnicos necesarios para la implementación de los productos en clientes. Su función es mantenerse actualizado sobre los productos, conociendo cómo funcionan en términos de funcionalidades, características técnicas y opciones de configuración disponibles, para garantizar una integración correcta y exitosa en el entorno del cliente. El DTM participa desde el kickoff del proyecto, aportando definiciones técnicas y acompañando el proceso de planificación e implementación en un rol de asesoría, garantizando resolución rápida de problemas. Es clave su capacidad de detectar proactivamente cualquier inconveniente que pueda afectar la instalación y ejecución correctas del producto. El foco del DTM es liderar técnicamente la implementación de las soluciones, acompañando al cliente desde el diseño de la arquitectura hasta la puesta en producción. Como punto focal técnico, el DTM da respuesta ante cualquier consulta o problema técnico. Asimismo, recopila información y realiza el análisis detallado necesario para una derivación a ingeniería, colaborando en la búsqueda de la mejor solución. También se espera que el DTM apoye instancias de consultoría de posventa cuando el cliente solicite asistencia técnica personalizada. El DTM debe poder trabajar bajo presión, comunicarse con claridad y manejar expectativas exigentes de clientes.

Requisitos y experiencia:

- Formación técnica: título de grado en ciencias de la computación, sistemas de información o carrera afín, o formación técnica con certificaciones profesionales equivalentes.
- Nivel de inglés acorde al rol.
- Se requiere un mínimo de 5 (cinco) años de experiencia en roles de implementación técnica.
- Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos es un plus.

- Comunicación fluida en entornos de proyecto complejos con múltiples stakeholders
- Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo, anticipando necesidades

Habilidades tecnicas:

- Conocimiento / experiencia en administración de Linux y Windows Server
- Conocimiento de administración de plataformas web (Apache Tomcat, NGINX)
- Bases de datos, scripting, SQL (Postgres, MSSQL); deseable conocimiento de tuning
- Herramientas de simulación y diagnóstico de API (REST/SOAP), Postman y SoapUI
- Análisis lógico de integraciones / testing / determinación de problemas
- Troubleshooting y análisis de logs
- Entornos cloud AWS y Azure para aplicaciones productivas
- Conocimiento de arquitectura cliente-servidor
