With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle. Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations. We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day. Position Overview Agiloft is looking for a Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing Manager to generate qualified pipeline within priority markets, segments, and accounts through integrated demand generation and account-based marketing strategies. This role will orchestrate campaigns across digital, email, events, content, social, partners, sales plays, and other relevant channels. Data, AI, automation, and marketing technology will support faster research, more relevant personalization, scalable execution, and continuous campaign optimization. Strong human judgment remains essential for translating insights into strategy, evaluating performance, prioritizing opportunities, and determining where investment will have the greatest pipeline impact. This role will be successful by consistently translating market opportunities into measurable pipeline, improving campaign effectiveness through experimentation and optimization, and creating repeatable approaches that scale successful demand generation and ABM strategies. Integrated Campaign Execution & Sales Activation - Orchestrate integrated campaigns across relevant channels, including digital advertising, email, webinars, events, content, social media, gifting, partner marketing, and coordinated Sales and SDR plays. - Develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, promotional copy, landing page and email copy, presentations, sales enablement materials, and other assets required to activate programs. - Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, and SDR teams to deliver relevant messaging, content, offers, and buyer experiences. - Enable Sales and SDR teams with account insights, campaign follow-up strategies, outbound messaging, talk tracks, and other resources that support effective buyer engagement. - Manage campaigns from planning through launch and optimization, balancing speed, quality, strategic alignment, and business impact. Pipeline Performance & Optimization - Define and monitor success measures tied to pipeline creation, account progression, opportunity acceleration, revenue impact, and other relevant business outcomes. - Use engagement and campaign metrics as diagnostic signals to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement. - Continuously test and optimize audiences, messaging, channels, offers, personalization strategies, and campaign approaches. - Partner with Marketing Operations on reporting, attribution, funnel analysis, dashboards, and account-level performance insights. - Communicate campaign performance, pipeline impact, learnings, risks, and recommendations clearly to Marketing, Sales, and leadership stakeholders. - Leverage AI, automation, and marketing technology to improve research, campaign planning, personalization, execution, analysis, and scalability while applying sound judgment to outputs and recommendations. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, performance, digital, field, or related B2B marketing disciplines, including significant experience developing strategic ABM programs. - Demonstrated experience generating pipeline through integrated 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns within B2B technology or similarly complex buying environments. - Proven ability to translate business and market opportunities into audience, campaign, channel, and optimization strategies. - Strong analytical skills with experience using segmentation, targeting, intent, funnel, pipeline, and performance data to make decisions and improve business outcomes. - Experience partnering effectively with Sales and SDR organizations to align priorities and activate coordinated marketing and sales motions. - Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms. - Experience working with ABM, data, personalization, or buyer-intelligence technologies such as 6sense, Demandbase, Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Folloze, Qualified, or comparable platforms. - Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, personalization, content development, and workflow efficiency, with the judgment to validate outputs and apply them appropriately. - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, including the ability to interpret incomplete or conflicting signals and determine appropriate action. - Strong project management and prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders in a high-growth environment. - Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience in SaaS, high-growth technology, legal technology, or another industry with complex B2B buying journeys. - Experience marketing to multiple members of enterprise buying committees. - Experience developing repeatable demand generation frameworks across multiple industries, segments, or markets. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degree is a plus.
