## WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

- Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product
- Manage relationships and collaboration within complex enterprise dynamics
- Detailed and intense Project management during deployment phase
- Break down and prioritise product requirements and requests early in the implementation proces
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience
- Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes
