They've grown to 600 employees across 32 countries, with an engineering team that includes people from Google, Palantir, Databricks, Microsoft, and Slack. They enable enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context. ## Role Overview As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you’ll own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers — turning ambitious AI initiatives into real, measurable outcomes. You’ll lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch, working closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines, and success metrics. You’ll ensure that each deployment is well-coordinated, executed on time, and set up to scale.
