At Conduct you turn that into a game changing moment: you show leadership, with confidence, how Conduct will transform the way they run SAP. You own optimising the delivery of transformation projects with Conduct, from the first use case to adoption across the business. You build the trust that turns a pilot into a long-term partnership, and the product insights you bring back directly shape what we build next. ## Why Conduct The world's largest companies should move at the speed of their ideas, not the speed of the systems they run on. Today they don't, and you've seen why firsthand. Every new product line, pricing change or process redesign runs into SAP estates layered with decades of custom code, user exits and enhancements no single person fully understands. Requirements take months to ship. S/4HANA migrations cost $100M+ and years of pain, and the 2027 ECC deadline is forcing every large enterprise to face it. We're building the AI operating system that absorbs this complexity and gives enterprises back their speed. Major enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems. We've closed game-changing SI partnerships, just raised a $60M Series A, and demand is outpacing what we can service. We're a small, talent-dense team doing our life's work out of London and NYC. Extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego collaboration. What you build here shapes the company and how the world's largest companies operate. We sponsor visas and are convinced diverse teams build better products, so we especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out. ## What you'll own You will make sure Conduct lands and sticks inside our most strategic SAP customers. You join accounts early, shape how Conduct fits into their transformation programmes, and fully take over post-sale. You'll have a direct line from what you see in the field to what ships in the product. - Be the SAP brain in the room. Translate between CIOs, process owners, Basis teams and our engineers. Scope use cases across finance, supply chain, procurement and sales that land real value fast. - Design the transformation. Get under the skin of complex, heavily customised ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. Conceptualise where Conduct can have the biggest impact, then lead the deployment that gets the customer there. - Turn pilots into partnerships. Onboard hundreds of end users, prove ROI, spot expansion signals and hold the early commercial conversations that grow an account. - Shape the product. You'll have a direct line into product and engineering. Your view of how SAP actually runs in the real world will shape our roadmap. - Build the engine. Our GTM team is small and lean. You'll build the onboarding flows, tooling and reusable playbooks that let customer capacity compound without headcount growing linearly. - Work with our SI partners. You speak their language. Help partners deploy Conduct inside their own programmes. No two days look the same. You'll fly out to customers when it counts and spend the rest of the time building alongside the team. Who we hire We're looking for people obsessed with delivering for customers. You'll fit right in if former colleagues would, without hesitating, call you one of the sharpest people they've worked with. In practice that tends to look like: - 3+ years in SAP or ERP consulting, at a Big Four firm, a global SI or a specialist SAP partner. You've been on live implementations, rollouts or S/4HANA transformations, not just advisory. - Real depth in at least one area of SAP. Functional (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM), technical (ABAP, integration, BTP) or solution architecture. You understand how processes and custom code fit together across the landscape. - Client-facing confidence. You've run workshops, owned a workstream and earned the trust of senior stakeholders who were sceptical at first. - Commercial instinct. You notice the next problem worth solving, and you understand that a great deployment is how accounts grow. - Builder energy. You want to do the hands-on customer work and build the process behind it. Ambiguity excites you more than it worries you. - Curiosity about AI. You don't need to be an engineer. You do need to want to learn how it works and where it breaks. - Low ego, high self-awareness. You're comfortable saying "I don't know" in a complex technical room, then going and figuring it out. Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We care more about trajectory and sharpness than a perfect match. ## About Conduct ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Conduct provides an AI operating system that understands, operates, and modernizes complex legacy enterprise software systems, starting with SAP. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A) - **Headquarters**: London, United Kingdom - **Founded**: 2024 - **Founders**: Jan Philipp Haas (Co-Founder & CEO), Henry Thompson (Co-Founder & CTO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Enterprise AI / Software Development - **Target customers**: Large enterprises running complex legacy ERP systems (SAP), IT operations teams, and consulting firms managing system migrations. - **Mission statement**: "To make IT the innovation powerhouse of every company." ## Products & Services - **Conduct AI Platform**: An AI operating system that reads and understands custom code, dependencies, and configurations across enterprise systems. It enables system migration (e.g., S/4HANA) planning 83% faster, reduces delivery time for new features by 50%, and cuts manual system analysis by 80%. Users can "chat directly with their systems" to resolve major business issues in days instead of months. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not disclosed - **Total Funding**: ~$72M ($12M Seed in Oct 2025, $60M Series A in June 2026) - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Index Ventures (co-lead), Iconiq (co-lead), SAP (strategic investor), Creandum, Lucid Capital, Booom. - **Key Customers**: Daimler Truck, Heidelberg Materials, DHL. - **Growth Signals**: Headcount grew 240% YoY (to ~35 employees), actively hiring in London and NYC. Backed by top-tier VCs and a strategic investment from SAP itself. ## Competitive Advantages - **Deep Moat**: Solves the "opacity problem" of legacy enterprise code. Decades of customization have made systems like SAP indecipherable to humans and AI agents alike. Conduct's ability to read and understand this code is a foundational layer that competitors cannot easily replicate. - **Strategic Backing**: Having SAP as an investor is a powerful signal and provides unique market access. - **Founding Team**: Founders are former Palantir employees, known for building mission-critical, high-complexity data systems. ## Strategic Focus - **Current Priority**: Expanding engineering and go-to-market teams to scale the platform from its current customer base (Daimler, Heidelberg, DHL) to the broader Fortune 500. The company is also building a US presence (NYC office). - **Direction**: To become the "AI operating system" for all enterprise software, moving beyond SAP to other legacy systems, and enabling AI agents to operate on any enterprise system. ## Why Work Here - **Culture & Team**: "Every team member is a builder at heart." The team includes alumni from Palantir, G-Research, Sana, and Sequoia. They describe the work as "one of the most complex problems of our generation." - **Work Policy**: Hybrid offices in London (HQ) and New York City (NYC). - **Benefits**: Top-of-market pay, tax-efficient share options, three meals a day, private health and dental, ClassPass, Cycle to Work scheme, pension, and two company offsites a year. - **Engineering Culture**: Deeply technical and product-oriented. Open roles include Product Engineer, Backend Engineer, ABAP AI Developer, and AI Operations Engineer. ## Sources 1. [conduct.ai/](https://conduct.ai/) 2.
