SolveAI closes that gap. Our platform lets the people closest to the problem build real, production-grade software by describing what they need in plain English. It plugs into the enterprise stack as it actually exists, and what it ships clears the bar enterprises actually hold software to: secure, compliant, reliable, maintainable, and able to scale. The result is software tailored to each customer's environment, owned by them. Unlike the wave of "vibe coding" tools squinting at the enterprise from the consumer world - hoping the hard parts can be bolted on later - we started at the hard end. For us, that bar is the foundation we build on, not a roadmap item. We can do this because of who's in the room: a team that's spent decades operating inside the world's most complex organisations, not just observing them. Backed by GV and Accel, built by an ex-Palantir team, and already live with enterprise customers. ## WHAT WE OFFER - High-impact environment: Join a company shaping the future of enterprise software, working with a team that's redefining how AI meets real-world business needs - Ownership and visibility: In a small, high-performing team, the impact of your work isn't theoretical - it actively shapes the company's direction - Empowerment through innovation: Use cutting-edge AI tools internally. You'll be working with the same technology we deliver to enterprises ## ABOUT THE ROLE As a Deployment Strategist, you'll own customer deployments end-to-end: from the first discovery call to a workflow that's live, adopted, and expanding. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to understand how their organisations really operate, identify where AI can create the most leverage, and drive implementation through the ambiguity, politics, and technical constraints that come with it. This isn't a project management role and it isn't a pure engineering role. It sits at the intersection of both, and the people who thrive here are ones who are just as comfortable in a room with a CFO as they are debugging an integration with an engineering team. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead customer discovery: identify operational bottlenecks, uncover high-impact workflows, and turn vague pain into a deployable solution - Own deployments end-to-end: discovery, workflow design, implementation, rollout, training, and iteration - Rapidly prototype and validate workflows with customers: shorten the loop between idea and live deployment - Act as the bridge between customer stakeholders, product, and engineering: align priorities and keep things moving - Drive adoption: design workflows people will actually use, build internal champions, reduce friction - Translate customer patterns into product insight: spot what's repeatable and feed it back to the team - Navigate stakeholder complexity across executive, operational, and technical audiences ## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Beyond execution ability, we're looking for: Structured thinking. You can absorb messy information quickly, find the root problem, and prioritise without being told what matters. Customer instinct. You build trust fast. You listen well. You don't oversell and you don't go quiet when things get hard. Ownership. You drive things to completion without being chased. You treat the customer's problem as your own. On the experience side: - Strong background in customer-facing, ambiguous environments: solutions engineering, deployment strategy, consulting, customer engineering, or operational transformation - Track record of translating business problems into practical technical workflows - Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, AI systems, and deployment constraints with engineering teams - Experience driving adoption and organisational change, not just delivering implementations, but making them stick ## NICE TO HAVE - Experience deploying AI, automation, or workflow systems into enterprise environments - Familiarity with prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, or LLM-powered products - Experience running enablement sessions or customer training programmes - Background spotting scalable patterns from bespoke customer work and influencing product direction ## WHY SOLVEAI At SolveAI, you'll work alongside a team that's spent decades solving the hardest enterprise challenges, from operational inefficiencies to data fragmentation. If you want to see real change in the world, care deeply about value add, and thrive when given ownership in unfamiliar environments, we'd love to hear from you. ## About SolveAI ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: SolveAI enables enterprise employees to build custom, compliant, full-stack software applications through natural language conversation. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A; raised $50M total) - **Headquarters**: London, Greater London, England, United Kingdom - **Founded**: July 2025 - **Founders**: Steve Basher (former Palantir engineer) ## Core Business - Primary industry: Enterprise AI / Low-code / No-code development platforms - Target customers: Large enterprises in manufacturing, retail, financial services, and other regulated sectors (B2B, Enterprise) - Mission: Turn complex problems into custom, enterprise-grade applications through a simple conversation, capturing enterprise context (system design, compliance, security) so outputs follow exact standards. ## Products & Services - **SolveAI Platform**: An AI-driven development platform that accepts natural language problem descriptions, generates a written proposal and technical specification, then orchestrates specialised AI agents (UX, frontend, backend) to produce a fully functional, secure, and compliant enterprise application. Integrates with existing IT infrastructure and systems of record. Output is non-proprietary code. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not disclosed - **Key Metric**: Total funding — $50M ($5M pre-seed led by Accel; $45M Series A led by GV) - **Notable Investors/Partners**: GV (lead Series A), Accel (lead pre-seed), Northzone, Mantis VC, NeverLift; strategic angel investors include Mike LoSapio (CISO, Palantir), Pushmeet Kohli (DeepMind), Olivier Godement (OpenAI), Mani Pirouz (SAP) - **Growth Signals**: Came out of stealth in February 2026; rapidly scaling platform capabilities; attracting enterprise customers in complex technical environments; building a team with experience from Meta, Palantir, Spotify, and SAP. ## Competitive Advantages - Enterprise‑first approach: handles legacy system integration, governance, security, and compliance constraints that typical no‑code tools ignore. - Context‑aware generation: captures full enterprise context (policies, data sources, architecture) before building, reducing misalignment. - End‑to‑end lifecycle management: plans, builds, and maintains applications — not just prototyping. - Founder and team have deep forward‑deployed engineering experience (Palantir, etc.), giving them credibility with large organisations. ## Strategic Focus - Expand platform capabilities to support more complex enterprise use cases. - Scale adoption across enterprise customers in sectors like manufacturing, retail, and financial services. - Reduce pressure on developer and IT teams by enabling business users to build compliant software. ## Why Work Here - **Culture**: Founder Steve Basher emphasises “putting software creation in the hands of the people closest to the work.” Team includes alumni from Palantir, Meta, Spotify, and SAP. - **Work Policy**: Hybrid workspace (employees combine remote and on‑site work). Offices in London and the United States (two offices total). - **Growth Stage**: Early‑stage but well‑funded; opportunity to shape the product and culture from near‑ground floor. - **Perks**: Not publicly detailed, but likely includes equity and competitive compensation for a well‑funded Series A startup. ## Sources 1.
