## Job description

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

- Projetar, configurar e manter o módulo Service Hub do HubSpot, incluindo pipelines personalizados de tickets, formulários, automações e SLAs.
- Criar e manter workflows avançados para atribuição de tickets com base em critérios dinâmicos, como palavras-chave, horários, transportadoras, entre outros.
- Implementar integrações técnicas utilizando a API REST do HubSpot, incluindo a criação automática de tickets a partir de sistemas externos, utilizando ferramentas como Postman, Node.js, Python, entre outras.
- Atender e solucionar incidentes técnicos reportados por usuários internos, garantindo a continuidade operacional do HubSpot.
- Capacitar a equipe sobre as melhores práticas técnicas e operacionais relacionadas ao módulo Service Hub.
- Documentar processos, fluxos e configurações para uso interno.
- Propor métricas-chave para avaliar o desempenho da equipe de suporte e a eficiência do pipeline de tickets.

Requisitos:

- Desejável (não obrigatório): Espanhol ou inglês avançado.
- Experiência com criação e configuração de pipelines de tickets, automações, formulários integrados e workflows complexos.
- Conhecimento avançado da API REST do HubSpot e experiência no desenvolvimento de scripts para testes de endpoints utilizando Python, Node.js, Postman, entre outras ferramentas.
- Conhecimentos em JavaScript, Python, JSON e HTML/CSS para personalização de integrações e formulários.
- Conhecimento funcional e técnico de plataformas SaaS, help desks, sistemas de ticketing e ferramentas de suporte.
- Familiaridade com ambientes sandbox do HubSpot e boas práticas de testes.
- Inglês técnico em nível intermediário a avançado para leitura de documentação, utilização de interfaces e realização de testes de API.
- Conhecimento em G-Suite.
- Desejável: Experiência com HubSpot.
