Du arbeitest in Vollzeit deutschlandweit an einem unserer Standorte (vorzugsweise Kaiserslautern) oder im Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Als Teil des Development Supports stellst Du sicher, dass technische Fehler nicht nur verschwinden, sondern dauerhaft verstanden werden. Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung und Service zusammen und stärkst damit die Qualität unserer Lösungen. Dein Fokus: saubere Analysen, verlässliche Korrekturen und klare Kommunikation.

- Analyse: Du gehst Fehlern systematisch auf den Grund und identifizierst Ursachen im Source Code und in Datenbankstrukturen.
- Korrektur: Durch gezielte Anpassungen sorgst Du dafür, dass identifizierte Fehler sauber behoben werden.
- Installation: Du steuerst die erfolgreiche Installation von Lösungen bei unseren Kunden per Fernwartung.
- Dokumentation: Mit präzisen Einträgen in der Wissensdatenbank sicherst Du Erkenntnisse für zukünftige Fälle.
- Zusammenarbeit: Im Austausch mit Service Consultants, Entwicklern und Systemtechnikern klärst Du technische Fragen und kommunizierst mit den IT-Verantwortlichen unserer Kunden.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen oder technischen Umfeld oder adäquate Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanksystemen, objektorientierter Entwicklung und ERP- bzw. Warenwirtschaftsprogrammen
- Fachkenntnisse: Umgang mit einer modernen Programmiersprache wie C#, Java oder ABL sowie Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen
- Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, analytisches Denken, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
