Location: Poland – Remote Employment Type: Full-time, B2B Contract Compensation: PLN 12,000–22,000 net + VAT per month (B2B)

## About Blocks.ai

Blocks.ai is a new initiative being built by PubNub, focused on connecting AI agents with the people, applications, and other agents that need to reach them.

The team combines early-stage product ownership and experimentation with PubNub's infrastructure and engineering expertise. This role is part of PubNub and is dedicated to Blocks Network.

## About the Role

We're looking for a technically hands-on Developer Advocate to help developers discover, build with, and successfully adopt Blocks.ai.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering, developer education, community engagement, and product feedback. From building AI agents and sample applications to creating tutorials, engaging with technical communities, and supporting developer adoption, you'll play an important role in growing the Blocks.ai ecosystem.

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to make the platform more accessible and useful for developers and enterprise technical teams.

Success in this role means enabling more developers to build and connect working AI agents, increasing engagement with the platform, and turning developer feedback into practical improvements.

## Key Responsibilities

- Build working AI agents, demos, sample applications, and reusable templates that demonstrate real-world Blocks.ai use cases.
- Create technical tutorials, articles, videos, workshops, and developer education materials.
- Engage with developers through GitHub, Discord, technical forums, community events, and hackathons.
- Help developers troubleshoot integrations and successfully connect agents, applications, and services.
- Identify onboarding friction and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering, including reproduction steps and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate on documentation, SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling improvements.
- Support technical workshops, demos, and developer discussions with prospective enterprise customers.
- Track developer engagement, successful integrations, active agents, and ecosystem adoption.

## About You

## Minimum Requirements

- Experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Software Engineering, or a similar developer-facing technical role.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or another relevant language.
- Practical experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or integrations using APIs and frameworks.
- Experience creating technical content, developer demos, workshops, or sample applications.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to developers with different experience levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a developer-first mindset.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve developer experiences.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.

## Nice to Have

- Familiarity with MCP, agent-to-agent communication, or multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with emerging AI-agent frameworks and tools.
- Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities.
- Experience supporting technical evaluations, integrations, or enterprise developer adoption.
