O desafio

Você vai construir os serviços distribuídos que fazem nosso Super App funcionar pra milhões de pessoas. Seu objetivo será garantir alta disponibilidade e baixa latência, com decisões de arquitetura que impactam de verdade a experiência de quem usa o app. Mais do que só implementar, a gente quer que você participe das decisões técnicas e ajude a evoluir o jeito que a gente faz tecnologia no Inter.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Configurar objetos, campos e automações nativas (Flow, Process Builder).
- Desenvolver customizações em Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) e Aura.
- Criar relatórios e dashboards para equipes de negócio.
- Projetar e desenvolver integrações síncronas (REST/SOAP) e assíncronas com sistemas internos e externos.
- Aplicar versionamento (Git/SFDX) e participar de pipelines de CI/CD.
- Monitorar logs, performance e governança do ambiente Salesforce.
- Documentar ajustes e manter dados consistentes conforme políticas do CRM.
- Participar de refinamentos, propor alternativas de solução e conduzir code reviews.

Obrigatório

- Graduação completa em área tecnológica
- Experiência com Salesforce
- Sólido domínio de Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, padrões de desenvolvimento assíncrono, arquitetura orientada a eventos e limites da plataforma (governor limits).
- Experiência com múltiplas clouds (Sales, Service, Experience ou Field Service) e integrações via Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Proficiência em Git e pipelines de CI/CD.
- Experiência com metodologias ágeis
- Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial

Diferenciais

- Certificações Salesforce: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect (CTA).
- Vivência com MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud ou OmniStudio.
- Experiência com monitoramento e observabilidade (New Relic, Datadog).
- Conhecimento em outras linguagens de programação (.NET, Python, Java).
