As one of our Development Managers, you will: - Lead a team of software developers working on strategic initiatives within our Explore organization. - Adapt your leadership style to the maturity, autonomy, and needs of each team while fostering ownership and accountability. - Partner closely with Product Management, Applied Science, and Engineering leaders to deliver impactful AI-powered capabilities. - Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews when appropriate. - Coach and develop engineers, supporting their career growth while building a healthy and high-performing engineering culture. - Help shape the evolution of our R&D organization by contributing to cross-team collaboration, planning, and continuous improvement. Here is what will qualify you for the role: - At least 3 years of experience as a Development Manager or Senior Team Lead. - Strong software engineering background with the ability to understand, review, and discuss production code. - Experience building Software as a Service (SaaS) products. - Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and adapt your leadership approach to teams with different levels of maturity.
