## TON QUOTIDIEN

- Tu participes à la conception et à la réalisation de services back-end et d'infrastructures Cloud Native de calibre mondial.
- Tu prends en charge les aspects DevOps des projets : pipelines CI/CD, gestion de l'infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code), observabilité, sécurité et bonnes pratiques de gestion des secrets.
- Tu t’impliques pleinement dans les cérémonies agiles et discussions techniques, en apportant ton expertise et ta vision sur l'évolution des produits, et ce, peu importe ton rôle dans l'équipe.
- Tu identifies et proposes activement des solutions innovantes et suggères des améliorations qui font avancer les projets.
- Tu collabores avec les équipes de développement pour intégrer les bonnes pratiques DevOps au cœur du cycle de développement.
- Tu utilises les outils de développement assistés par IA de façon rigoureuse et responsable pour améliorer ta productivité et la qualité de tes livrables.
- Tu es à l'aise pour communiquer directement avec les clients, présenter des solutions techniques et accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption de bonnes pratiques.

- Tu as une solide expérience en développement back-end avec des technologies comme Elixir, .NET ou Python, et tu es enthousiaste à l'idée d'adapter ta stack selon les besoins des clients.
- Tu possèdes une expérience concrète et significative en DevOps : tu es à l'aise avec AWS ou Azure, Terraform, Docker et GitHub Actions, et tu sais comment ces outils s'articulent dans un contexte de livraison continue.
