Vos missions : Nous recherchons un Software Engineer Full Stack expérimenté pour intervenir sur une plateforme critique au cœur des activités de marché. Cette plateforme orchestre un volume très important de traitements et joue un rôle central dans le fonctionnement quotidien des équipes (calculs, pilotage opérationnel, restitution des données). Elle fait actuellement l’objet d’une refonte en profondeur, à la fois sur le frontend et le backend. Vous interviendrez dans un contexte où les enjeux sont à la fois : techniques (modernisation, performance, fiabilité) fonctionnels (proximité avec les utilisateurs finaux) et organisationnels (forte autonomie des ingénieurs)

Vos responsabilités : Concevoir et développer des fonctionnalités full stack en Java 21 et React Participer à la refonte complète de l’interface utilisateur Contribuer à la modernisation du backend (montée de version de Java 11 vers 17, puis 21 , évolution du framework) Intervenir sur l’architecture applicative et les choix structurants Travailler en interaction directe avec les utilisateurs finaux pour comprendre leurs besoins Prendre en charge vos sujets de bout en bout, de la conception à la mise en production Garantir la qualité des livrables : robustesse, performance, maintenabilité

Profil recherché : Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel Vous maîtrisez Java (en environnement backend moderne) et React côté frontend Vous avez déjà évolué sur des systèmes en production avec des enjeux de volumétrie ou de criticité Vous êtes à l’aise pour travailler en autonomie et porter des sujets de bout en bout Vous cherchez à comprendre les enjeux fonctionnels derrière les solutions techniques Vous êtes force de proposition et à l’aise pour challenger l’existant
