- Concevoir et bâtir des modèles de données extensibles afin de répondre aux besoins analytiques du produit, aux rapports internes et aux flux de travail en analytique d'IA
- Mettre en œuvre des contrôles de qualité des données, des règles de validation et des politiques de gouvernance afin de maintenir l'exactitude et la conformité
- Développer et promouvoir les outils d'ingénierie analytique qui permettent aux parties prenantes de créer leurs propres modèles en respectant les meilleures pratiques
- Surveiller et optimiser en continu les pipelines de transformation et le stockage pour la performance, la scalabilité et l'efficacité des coûts
- Créer et maintenir une documentation complète des jeux de données disponibles afin qu'ils soient accessibles sans encadrement

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de produit et des affaires. Le succès à 6–12 mois ressemble à ceci : les parties prenantes autonomes, les pipelines stables, et l'équipe de données qui passe moins de temps à répondre à « d'où vient ce chiffre ? » Requis :

- 4 ans et plus en tant que spécialiste en ingénierie analytique, avec une expérience dans la construction et l'orchestration de pipelines à l'aide de dbt et de technologies de data lakehouse (Databricks ou équivalent)
- Connaissance approfondie de dbt, de la modélisation des données et des bonnes pratiques en intelligence d'affaires — vous avez un point de vue et vous le défendez
- Solide sens des affaires et du produit ; vous pouvez transformer une exigence analytique d'une partie prenante non technique en une solution en libre-service
- Expérience concrète des fondements du développement logiciel : ségrégation des environnements, contrôle de version, séparation des préoccupations, gestion des livraisons
- Expérience avérée en encadrement technique et dans l'amélioration de la production des personnes autour de vous — y compris les parties prenantes non techniques
- Un niveau avancé de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, est requis puisque la personne devra diriger des gestionnaires d'ingénierie de plateforme répartis sur plusieurs équipes, présenter les priorités techniques à des parties prenantes exécutives, et s'aligner quotidiennement avec des leaders d'ingénierie situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
