We have already found real traction across paid, organic content, email, events and an existing customer base. We want someone who can look at what we’ve built, understand what is working, and make the entire engine materially better. ## What you’ll own The growth number. You will think across channels and products rather than optimizing one isolated piece of the funnel. - Own acquisition, CAC, conversion and growth across Curious Cardinals + FlightPlan - Own and improve paid acquisition, particularly Meta - Build the creative performance loop: understand why ads/content are working and turn those insights into better creative - Direct creators, UGC/influencer partners and our video editor toward what we need more of - Build and optimize lifecycle across email + SMS - Identify opportunities across SEO/AEO and other emerging acquisition channels - Turn existing assets into growth channels. If our newsletter is converting, for example, your instinct should be: how do we dramatically increase qualified newsletter subscribers? - Build dashboards, experiments and systems that tell us where to put the next dollar and hour - Collaborate with co-founders to determine how customers should enter through one product and convert/upsell into the other You might be a fit if you: - Have meaningfully owned consumer growth before, not just contributed to it - Are fluent in funnels, CAC, conversion, retention, and experimentation - Have deep paid social experience and strong creative judgment - Can manage specialists and creators without outsourcing the thinking - Are AI-first and constantly finding ways to move faster - Are both strategic and extremely hands-on - Have operated in a scrappy environment where you couldn’t solve every problem by hiring an agency or adding headcount - See something working and immediately start thinking about how to make it 10x better This is probably not for you if You are primarily a brand marketer, need a large team to execute, or want to advise on growth rather than personally own it. Success looks like: Audrey and Alec can give you the goals, economics, context and resources, and trust you to build a better growth machine than the one they could build themselves. ## About curiouscardinals.com ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Curious Cardinals provides personalized 1:1 mentorship for K‑12 students, connecting them with near‑peer mentors from top universities to help them excel academically, build confidence, and develop real‑world skills. - **Entity Type**: Private (funding stage undisclosed) - **Headquarters**: San Francisco, California, United States - **Founded**: 2020 - **Founders**: Not publicly available (the about page references a “Co‑founder & COO” but does not name the individual) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: E‑learning / Edtech - **Target customers**: B2C – parents of students aged 8–18 (K‑12) - **Mission**: “To help students find their North Star through personalized mentorship.” ## Products & Services - **1:1 Mentorship**: Virtual, weekly sessions with college students from top universities (Stanford, Harvard, Yale, etc.).
