Reporting directly to the Director of Direct Mail Strategy & Analytics, you will take direct ownership of our Credit Card direct response engine, working alongside our Senior Manager to manage our growing direct mail footprint and scale nationwide promotions for our flagship Credit Card Products. We are looking for an innovative, data-driven marketer who blends creative strategy with rigorous production execution. In this role, you will not only drive creative testing and hyper-personalized messaging strategies, but also manage complex variable print matrix execution, print vendor relationships, proofing, and on-time campaign deployment. ## How you'll make an impact - Creative Strategy & Testing: Lead the strategy, development, and rotation of Credit Card direct mail creative assets. Design and execute multi-variant test matrices to continuously optimize response, approval, and pull-through rates. - Full-Lifecycle Production Execution: Manage end-to-end print and mail production, overseeing lettershop execution, data file transfers, variable data printing (VDP), postage optimization, and deployment schedules across all Credit Card streams. - Vendor & Agency Management: Serve as the primary operational link with external creative agencies, print vendors, and lettershops to ensure campaign deliverables are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. - Quality Assurance & Proofing: Establish rigorous proofing, sampling, and audit controls across complex variable data streams to guarantee 100% execution accuracy. - Regulatory Compliance & FCRA Governance: Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure all pre-screen disclosures, credit terms, and FCRA requirements are flawlessly maintained across every printed variant. - Performance Analysis: Partner with Analytics to track key performance metrics and leverage campaign results to inform future creative and production decisions. ## Skills that will help you thrive - 5–8+ years of direct marketing experience in financial services or consumer lending, with hands-on expertise in both creative development and direct mail production management. - Production & Print Expertise: Deep working knowledge of direct mail production processes, including digital/offset printing, variable data printing (VDP), postal regulations, and lettershop operations. - Creative Direction & Testing: Experience writing or evaluating high-converting direct response copy, managing agency partners, and running multi-variant matrix testing. - Detail-Oriented QA Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of managing zero-defect campaigns in a highly regulated credit environment. - Cross-Functional Tools: Proficient in Excel, JIRA, and Confluence, with strong project management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ## Your roadmap to success First 30 Days: Integration & Baseline Assessment Focus: Learning core systems, understanding team workflows, shadowing ongoing projects, and building initial team relationships.
