職位簡介

策略聯盟行銷團隊負責人（Head of Affiliate Marketing）將全面主導並規模化台灣的聯盟行銷與網紅（KOL / Key Opinion Leader）生態圈，推動涵蓋技術與非技術業務線的營收成長。此角色將負責打造並擴展高績效的商務拓展團隊，深化與關鍵媒體／合作夥伴的策略關係，同時在台灣建立並成長一個業界頂尖的平台。

此職位對整體績效、策略夥伴關係，以及 P&L（損益）結果擁有高度且完整的責任與決策權。

工作職責

- 建立、領導並規模化台灣專屬的業務開發及策略聯盟行銷團隊，落實並推進聯盟行銷整體策略制定並驅動聯盟行銷策略

- 深入拓展受管技術（Managed Tech）與非技術（Non‑Tech）兩大業務領域主導網紅 KOL 平台在台灣的成長與成功，持續擴大影響力、提升互動參與度，並強化商業變現能力發展，並深化與既有受管合作夥伴（Managed Publishers）的策略關係

- 創造長期且可持續的價值善用深厚的產業人脈，與台灣主要線上 App、聯盟平台、媒體與出版商網絡及數位生態系建立策略合作透過新興聯盟模式、平台及創作者經濟趨勢，主動辨識並孵化新的成長機會全面負責聯盟業務績效，包括營收成長、獲利能力與 P&L（損益）責任與 Sales、Product、Marketing 及 Operations 團隊密切跨部門合作

- 推動整合式 Go‑to‑Market 執行為團隊設定明確目標、績效指標與人才發展計畫，打造以成果導向且高度協作的團隊文化

需求條件：

- 對台灣數位生態系有深入且全面的理解，並已建立穩固的在地人脈網絡，涵蓋：

○ KOL／網紅（Influencer）生態圈 ○ 電商（EC）平台 ○ SaaS 與線上科技平台

- 具備高度以銷售與成果為導向的思維，並擁有明確的營收成長實績與 P&L（損益）管理經驗具備成熟的人才領導經驗，包含團隊招募、管理以及規模化成長的實際歷練
- 在聯盟行銷、策略夥伴關係，或平台型業務模式方面，展現優異的策略規劃與執行能力優秀的人際關係建立、談判協商與多方利害關係人管理能力
- 良好的中文業務開發及跨部門溝通能力
