About the Role: The Director, Business Operations leads the systems, processes, and operating practices that enable the company to scale effectively. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role translates business priorities into coordinated action, improves cross-functional execution, and ensures the organization operates efficiently and consistently. The Director oversees business operations, quality management, performance reporting, corporate services, vendor management, and strategic internal initiatives. This role partners across the company but does not perform hands-on IT administration, recruiting, human resources administration, payroll, or contract administration. What you will do: Business Operations and Process Improvement - Develop and execute an operations roadmap aligned with company growth and business priorities. - Evaluate and improve processes across corporate functions. - Establish clear process ownership, decision rights, handoffs, and escalation paths. - Develop and maintain policies, standard operating procedures, process maps, templates, and other operating documentation. - Identify opportunities to simplify or automate manual and duplicative work. - Support organizational planning and recommend resources, systems, and processes needed for continued growth. We are hiring for multiple levels under this job posting. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with salary ranges aligned accordingly. The range for this specific role is from $155,000 to 170,000 depending on experience.
