## LE POSTE

Nous recherchons un(e) Director of Client Partnerships dynamique pour jouer un rôle clé dans l’expansion de Zeta Global à Paris. Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de développer notre présence sur les marchés français et EMEA, en s’appuyant sur de solides relations dans l’industrie pour établir et développer notre portefeuille clients.

Vous exploiterez les atouts uniques de Zeta Global — notamment notre plateforme propriétaire ZMP, l’un des data clouds propriétaires les plus complets en Europe, ainsi que nos solutions créatives et analytiques complètes — afin de vendre des campagnes média sur l’ensemble des principaux canaux digitaux (Display, Vidéo, CTV, Native, Audio, DOOH, Social).

## RESPONSABILITÉS

- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie visant à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides et durables avec les principaux interlocuteurs clients à tous niveaux
- Développer proactivement ces relations, notamment via des événements sportifs et autres événements de prestige
- Développer et renforcer la présence de Zeta Global à Paris en établissant une forte implantation locale
- Se tenir informé(e) des tendances du marché (agences, annonceurs, data, fournisseurs)
- Être capable de présenter clairement la proposition de valeur, la technologie, les processus et les partenariats de Zeta Global afin de développer les comptes clients
- Développer une expertise approfondie du marché du media programmatique, incluant les tendances passées et futures
- Planifier, superviser et gérer les activités commerciales (pipeline, prévisions, etc.)
- Utiliser son réseau professionnel pour générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
- Identifier, qualifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités ; organiser des réunions clients, rédiger des propositions, négocier et conclure des ventes
- Gérer un portefeuille de comptes clés, analyser les performances et fournir des analyses clients régulières pour favoriser l’engagement et la croissance

## PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans la publicité, avec une forte expertise en marketing data-driven, notamment dans le programmatique, la data et la TV avancée
- Historique prouvé d’atteinte et de dépassement des objectifs commerciaux
- Solide réseau dans l’écosystème média et publicitaire français, avec capacité démontrée à le mobiliser pour développer l’activité
- Expérience de développement commercial ou d’implantation sur un nouveau marché
- Esprit proactif, autonome et orienté résultats, avec un fort intérêt pour le secteur
- Capacité à développer des relations positives avec les agences média et les annonceurs
- Excellentes compétences en communication stratégique et en analyse, avec capacité à proposer des solutions adaptées
- Disponibilité pour voyager si nécessaire
- Bonne connaissance de l’industrie média digitale et des technologies émergentes
- Forte capacité d’analyse, de conseil et de résolution de problèmes
- Excellente gestion du temps et des priorités
- Forte autonomie et approche proactive du travail
