This group serves as agency of record for a major beauty retailer's large-scale creator ambassador program that identifies, vets, and manages a community of beauty content creators. The team runs the program end-to-end, from a high-volume annual application and selection cycle (tens of thousands of applicants narrowed to a select new cohort) to ongoing creator member management, brand campaign execution, and an evolving Alumni program. We work closely with our client's marketing team and cross-functionally across legal, tech, and creative operations to keep the program running smoothly at scale. The Director is the senior operating lead for the program, responsible for the day-to-day running of the program and the operational systems that keep it on track. This person is client-facing and works in close partnership with program leadership to support a strong client relationship, contributing to performance interpretation, strategic recommendations, and reporting narratives, while directing how the program actually gets built and delivered week to week, from the annual application and selection cycle through creator onboarding and campaign execution. The Director sets the operating rhythm for the team: the schedules, the risk and scope discipline, the reporting cadence, and the standards that keep a large, fast-moving creator program running smoothly at scale. This is a senior role for someone who is equally comfortable in front of the client, and in the operational weeds, translating strategy into a well-run program. The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $160,000 commensurate with experience and skills. ## What You Will Do Client Engagement - Serve as a client-facing member of the team, participating in client meetings and contributing to performance interpretation and strategic recommendations - Support the client-facing reporting narrative, including inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), in partnership with the Client Director - Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for Sephora agency team members and when in execution phase, the creators, overseeing management of communication, timelines, and asset feedback - Escalate major risks, scope issues, or commercial needs to the VP/Executive Sponsor and Client Director as needed Program Leadership - Own the day-to-day program across its full scope, aligning strategy to execution and solving operational issues in real time - Own scope control and risk management: govern change requests for additional deliverables, creators, or platforms, and maintain protocols for missed deadlines, quality issues, creator drop-off, and brand safety escalations - Own P&L visibility for the program, including tracking of the agency fee across the full annual campaign slate - Support the Alumni program, including ongoing engagement strategy and refinements.
