This individual contributor role owns tool selection and adoption (CRM, project management, and data management platforms), builds the dashboards and KPIs the Development team relies on, and partners closely with a Data Engineer to keep that infrastructure reliable and scalable. The successful candidate will pair a genuine enthusiasm for data, metrics, and dashboards with the judgment to choose the right tool for the job and the discipline to drive adoption across the Development organization. Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% for project site visits and company gatherings.
