You will develop annual, seasonal, and long-range plans while overseeing inventory, sales, margin, and operational planning strategies across the product lifecycle. You will lead high-performing teams across Merchandise Financial Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning, while advancing planning transformation initiatives, automation, and o9 capabilities. Partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and Regional Commercial leaders, you will translate business priorities into actionable strategies and data-driven decisions that support regional objectives and business growth.This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.
