Serving as the financial business partner to Rowan's executive team and reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This role owns the company's operating P&L and will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance management, and executive reporting while building and scaling Rowan's FP&A capabilities in a high-growth environment. The Director will create the systems, processes, reporting frameworks, and planning disciplines needed to support better decision-making and partner closely with leaders across the organization.
