Our customers rely on Knox to deploy production systems that meet the highest standards for security, reliability, and compliance. Work at Knox is high-impact and purpose-driven. The problems we solve are high-stakes, the expectations are high, and the results are visible. Speed, rigor, and trust matter here - because the environments we secure cannot fail. Your contributions are visible, your expertise is relied upon, and the impact of your work is immediate and measurable. We operate at federal scale, securing some of the most sensitive government environments in the country - because the systems we build must perform without fail. The Director of Growth Marketing owns Knox's digital demand engine - driving awareness, interest, and pipeline generation across the full customer journey. You will set demand and ABM strategy while staying hands-on in execution, especially early on. Your primary mandate is building a measurable, sales-aligned pipeline. Leads are an input, not the end goal. You'll work closely with Sales, Content, Product, Solutions, Finance, and Revenue Operations to keep marketing tightly aligned to pipeline outcomes and business priorities. Demand Generation ● Own demand generation strategy with a primary focus on pipeline creation and revenue impact, not lead volume ● Design, execute, and scale digital-first demand programs across paid media, website, email, lead nurturing, digital ABM, and other performance channels ● Build and manage demand generation budgets with continuous ROI tracking and reallocation based on performance ● Consistently meet or exceed pipeline targets; report results and learnings to the executive team Account-Based Marketing ● Build and iterate on tiered ABM programs aligned with Sales account strategy, supporting multi-touch, multi-channel engagement across buying committees ● Leverage intent signals and first-party data to prioritize accounts and personalize outreach at scale ● Support long, complex buying cycles typical in federal and regulated markets Website & SEO ● Own the Knox website as a core demand and conversion engine - keeping it continuously updated, optimized, and aligned with digital campaigns ● Partner with Content on SEO and AEO strategy while owning technical, operational, and performance aspects that drive discoverability and conversion Forecasting & Planning ● Define data-driven demand and pipeline plans using top-down targets and bottom-up forecasting in close partnership with Sales and Finance ● Build repeatable playbooks across digital demand, ABM, and ops to support scale Required Qualifications ● 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS or complex, technical products ● Proven track record generating sales-aligned pipeline through digital demand and ABM programs ● Strong experience across digital demand channels: paid advertising, website optimization, email and lead nurturing, digital ABM, and performance marketing ● Demonstrated ability to build data-driven targets, develop forecasts, and optimize based on results Hiring Requirement: Due to the nature of our work with federal government clients and compliance with applicable regulations, this position requires U.S. citizenship. Dual citizenship is not permitted for this role. Candidates must be able to provide documentation verifying sole U.S. citizenship status as part of the background check process. Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check, in accordance with applicable laws and government contract requirements. ## Benefits & Perks Knox offers a competitive employee benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, unlimited PEO, and an employee funded 401k plan. Please note, benefits are subject to change. Compensation Range: $140k-$170k, variable annual bonus, and equity. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status. Knox is proud to support veteran hiring — we encourage veterans and transitioning service members to apply and welcome the unique skills and experience you bring. ## About Knox Systems ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Knox Systems provides a managed cloud infrastructure and compliance platform that accelerates FedRAMP authorization for SaaS companies to 90 days at 90% lower cost. - **Entity Type**: Private (Venture-backed; Series A) - **Headquarters**: Austin, Texas, United States - **Founded**: 2025 - **Founders**: Not publicly available ## Core Business - **Primary Industry**: Computer and Network Security (FedRAMP / Government Cloud Compliance) - **Target Customers**: B2B SaaS companies that need to deploy in FedRAMP Moderate, High, or DoD IL4 environments to sell to U.S. federal and defense agencies. - **Mission Statement**: “FedRAMP in 90 Days for 90% Less.” ## Products & Services - **Knox Cloud**: A managed cloud infrastructure platform that provides single-tenant isolation for every customer application.
