If you share our values and enthusiasm for building a great culture and product, you will find a home at Fieldguide ## ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director, GTM APAC to lead and scale our presence across the region's largest audit and advisory firms. This leader will own regional performance across revenue growth, customer outcomes, operational execution, and team development. This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for driving go-to-market success across sales, customer success, services, and support in APAC. Partnering closely with U.S.-based executive leadership, you'll help execute and evolve the company's international growth strategy while building the operational foundation to scale long term. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and play a foundational role in scaling the company's international business. The initial focus of this role will be Australia/New Zealand, with long-term expansion into Japan, Korea, and Singapore. You'll help shape the future of the APAC organization while partnering closely with executive leadership on one of the company's most strategic growth initiatives. This is a remote position located in Australia.
