Location: New York City or Austin, TX - (Hybrid) ## POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Director of Data & Analytics to lead all analytics initiatives across the organization. This leader will oversee the full analytics function—data management, collection, insights, reporting, and advanced strategic planning—spanning both our portfolio of real estate investments and insurance operations. This leader must be able to roll up their sleeves, work autonomously, move fast, and drive measurable impact without requiring extensive support or infrastructure. They will set the vision for analytics and ensure the company leverages data to make intelligent, high-velocity decisions.
