Job Description: Director, Indirect Spend Position Summary The Director, Indirect Spend is responsible for developing and executing Inspire Medical Systems' enterprise-wide strategy for indirect procurement and strategic sourcing. This leader will oversee the procurement of services, technologies, equipment, and business support categories that enable organizational growth, operational excellence, and cost-effective scalability. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain, the Director will partner closely with executive leadership and functional stakeholders to optimize spend, strengthen supplier partnerships, improve business processes, and deliver measurable value across the enterprise. The role will establish sourcing strategies, negotiate complex commercial agreements, drive supplier performance, and build a high-performing procurement organization capable of supporting Inspire's continued growth.
