This is a hands-on player-coach role for a leader who combines strong customer and UX judgment, growth thinking, analytical strength, and technical fluency. Reporting to the VP, Head of Product, the Director will serve on Kueski’s Product leadership team, with meaningful authority over product strategy and prioritization and the opportunity to shape the broader Product organization. ## Key Responsibilities Product Strategy, Outcomes & Growth - Own the strategy, priorities, roadmap, and product decisions for Customer Experience & Platform, aligning with cross-functional leaders on major business, risk, and investment trade-offs. - Establish clear measures of success and improve end-to-end journey performance, including conversion, speed, reliability, engagement, and product quality. - Lead the 1→100 journey—scaling proven products and capabilities into broadly adopted experiences that balance customer outcomes, growth, risk, regulatory obligations, and sustainable economics.
