As the Director of Product Management - SaaS, you will lead the management and execution of our Workforce Management suite of products. Managing a team of Product Managers, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional end-user experiences and highly customizable, performant products catering to various customer sizes, verticals, and markets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and adoption of our products and services. What You’ll Do: - Lead and manage products, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop growth strategies. - Build and shape a high performing product team - Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges in diverse verticals - Define clear product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs - Work with GTM teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns - Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of product launches.
