業務について

▼エンタープライズ推進本部 エンプラ・パートナー支援部の紹介 PayPayの圧倒的な成長を支えるエンタープライズ（大手企業）領域において、営業活動の効率最大化とプロセスの最適化がミッションです。営業メンバーがコア業務（提案・商談）に集中できるよう、バックオフィスや事務作業のオペレーションを仕組み化し、営業が営業できる環境をつくります。

▼募集の背景 営業の事務作業は多岐に渡ります。全てを人の手でアナログに対応するには非効率的であるため、より効率的な運用の追求、自動化をすることで人の手を介さずに運用するための知識/経験のある方を募集いたします。

【具体的な業務内容】 エンプラ・パートナー支援部 オペレーション推進チームにて、営業事務作業の代行プロセス（派遣社員・業務委託メンバーへの委託業務）の設計、管理、および効率化のための企画立案・実行をお任せします。単なるルーチンワークの管理ではなく、「どうすれば現場がよりスムーズに動くか」「どうすれば自動化できるか」を追求するポジションです。

①オペレーションの設計・BPR（業務改革） ・営業事務作業における課題抽出と、対応フロー・マニュアルの整理・構築 ・派遣社員や業務委託メンバーへ業務を切り出すためのプロセス設計

②業務自動化・効率化の企画と推進 ・テクノロジー（GAS、VBA、生成AIなど）を活用した、事務作業の自動化・省力化の推進

③プロジェクトマネジメント ・関係各所（営業部門、管理部門、企画部門など）と連携した、オペレーション改善プロジェクトの推進

④チームマネジメント・進捗管理 ・委託先（派遣・業務委託）のハンドリング、クオリティ管理、および成果最大化のためのディレクション

必要な経験/スキル

・DX推進など自動化やシステム化のプロジェクトリード ・自動化やシステム化の要件定義実務経験 ・業務マニュアル等の資料作成経験 ・論理思考力/部門間の調整 ・年齢や経験問わず良好なコミュニケーションがとれること ・AI活用による業務効率化経験（ChatGPTのカスタムGPT，やGEMINIのGEM等のAIエージェント用いて、反復作業の効率化・自動化の実務経験があること）

あると望ましい経験/スキル

・数値抽出/分析/自動化能力（Excel上級以上・VBA・SQL ・GAS・Googleスプレッドシート等）

- Hybrid Workstyle ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社対応頂きます。

勤務時間

- スーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
- 原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

- 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

- 年次有給休暇（初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）

給与

- 年俸制（一部固定残業代含む）
- 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
- 毎年1回見直し
- 時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当有
