Objetivo del puesto: Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes del canal autoservicios. Asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales, incremento de ventas, posicionamiento del portafolio y fortalecimiento de relaciones estratégicas con supermercados y cadenas de autoservicio. Funciones: - Gestionar comercialmente cuentas del canal autoservicios y retail moderno. - Ejecutar estrategias de ventas y negociación con cadenas y supermercados. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de cuotas mensuales y objetivos de crecimiento. - Monitorear rotación, abastecimiento y ejecución en punto de venta. - Coordinar promociones, exhibiciones y actividades comerciales con trade marketing. - Analizar indicadores comerciales: sell in, sell out, cobertura y márgenes. - Elaborar reportes de ventas, forecast y proyecciones comerciales. - Identificar oportunidades de expansión de portafolio y nuevas cuentas. - Mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas con compradores y jefaturas de categoría. - Supervisar la correcta implementación de acuerdos comerciales. Requisitos: - Mínimo 2 a 4 años de experiencia en ventas de consumo masivo - Experiencia en manejo de canal moderno o autoservicios - Deseable experiencia en alimentos, perecibles o productos lácteos - Experiencia negociando con supermercados y cadenas retail. - Preferencia contar con movilidad.
