Principales funciones: Liderar la recolección, consolidación y validación de las necesidades anuales de compra de las diferentes áreas. Planificar y coordinar cronogramas de requerimientos y tiempos de ejecución. Coordinador con áreas usuarias y Compras para asegurar una adecuada planificación del abastecimiento. Realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento del plan e identificar desviaciones y posibles cuellos de botella. Proponer y coordinar medidas correctivas y reprogramaciones. Participar en comités de seguimiento con las áreas usuarias y Compras. Elaborar informes e indicadores relacionados con el cumplimiento del PAAB y ejecución del presupuesto. Requisitos: Profesional titulado en Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Administración o carreras afines. Experiencia de 3 a 5 años a más en planificación, abastecimiento, logística o Supply Chain. Experiencia como Planner de Abastecimiento, Supply Planner, Planificador Logístico o puestos similares. Experiencia coordinando y consolidando requerimientos de diferentes áreas. Deseable experiencia en empresas de Tecnología, TI, Telecomunicaciones o Infraestructura. Excel avanzado. Power BI intermedio-avanzado. Conocimiento de flujos de Supply Chain. Deseable conocimiento de SAP. Deseable experiencia en gestión de proyectos y/o cursos de Compras o Supply Chain. Comunicación efectiva, capacidad de organización, análisis y orientación a resultados.
