Position Summary: The Electric Shop Supervisor oversees daily electric shop and assembly operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Leadership & Team Development Supervise, train, and mentor panel builders and electrical technicians.Assign work based on skill level, production schedule, and project complexity.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, craftsmanship, and accountability.
