## Job description

Bouw mee aan geavanceerde systemen vanaf de grond af – help ons radars te construeren die zowel ons luchtruim als wilde dieren beschermen.

Als onze Eerste Monteur Elektronica / Assemblagemedewerker bouw je op onze locatie aan de hightech kern van onze radarsystemen. Je bent dagelijks bezig met complexe assemblage, precisiesoldeerwerk en het bedraden van cruciale componenten. Je werkt nauw samen met het Productieteam, Engineering en de collega's in het Magazijn om te zorgen voor een vlekkeloze opbouw. Je rapporteert aan het Hoofd Productie & Planning, en jouw toewijding heeft directe invloed op de betrouwbaarheid van onze systemen.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

- Componentenassemblage en bekabeling: Bouw dagelijks complexe, hightech radarcomponenten. Voer precisiebekabeling uit en monteer ingewikkelde sub-assemblages volgens strikte technische specificaties.
- Testen en meten: Gebruik geavanceerde meetapparatuur zoals oscilloscopen en Vector Network Analysers (VNA’s). Bied essentiële ondersteuning aan het Quality Control Testteam tijdens de verschillende systeemfases.
- Storingen oplossen en kwaliteit: Verhelp technische storingen tijdens het assemblage- en testproces. Stel gedetailleerde Quality Alerts op, gericht op continue verbetering van de productielijn.
- Documentatie en planning: Stel duidelijke werkinstructies en testplannen op aan de hand van complexe elektrische schema's, layouts en werktekeningen.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

- Een mbo-4- of hbo-diploma Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
- Meer dan 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke hightech assemblagerol.
- Praktijkervaring met elektronica, mechatronica en printplaten (PCB's).
- Uitstekend inzicht in elektrische schema's en complexe layouts.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met precisiesolderen en het bouwen van sub-assemblages.
- Ervaring met meetapparatuur zoals oscilloscopen en Vector Network Analysers.
- Een nauwkeurige oog voor detail en een zeer methodische werkwijze.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal
- Een proactieve mindset met de drive om continu technische verbeteringen door te voeren.
