## HAUPTAUFGABEN

Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung, Optimierung und Überwachung verschiedener Produktionsprozesse im Bereich Elektrophorese. Der Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst insbesondere die Herstellung von Ampholyten, Gelen, Trägerfolien sowie Protein- und Inhibitormischungen. Unterstützung von angrenzenden Bereichen durch Qualitätskontrollen, Probenbearbeitung und Prozessvalidierungen.

## BERUFSQUALIFIKATIONEN

AUSBILDUNG: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Biologie, Biochemie, Molekularbiologie, Biotechnologie, Chemie oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung. Alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Biologielaborant oder Chemielaborant mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.

## ERFAHRUNG

- Mindestens 2-5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Elektrophoreseverfahren, insbesondere Agarosegel-, Polyacrylamidgel (PAGE), SDS-PAGE, Kapillar- oder ähnlichen Trennverfahren.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Laborgeräten, analytischen Methoden, Dokumentationssystemen, sowie Kenntnisse der relevanten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sind von Vorteil.

- Servalyt-Produktion: Planung der Produktionsabläufe; Ansatz und Durchführung von Synthesen; Fraktionierung der Ansätze; Einengen mittels Rotationsverdampfer; Mischen der Servalyte; Vorfiltration und Sterilfiltration; Durchführung der Qualitätskontrolle
- Precote-Produktion: Planung der Produktion; Vorbereitung der Folien (Gel-Fix, Cover-Folie); Herstellung von Stocklösungen für den Vorrat; Frische Herstellung der Gießlösungen; Produktion am Rundläufer; Begutachtung der Gele; Stanzen und Verschweißen in Aluthen; Bei Bedarf Durchführung der Qualitätskontrolle
- IPG-Produktion: Planung der Produktionsabläufe; Bedruckung der Folien und Aufbringen von Schutzlack; Herstellung von IPG-Stocklösungen; Herstellung von IPG-Acrylamid-Lösungen; Zusammensetzen der Caster; Gießen der IPG-Gele mit der Bürettenanlage; Auspacken, Waschen und Trocknen der Gele am Folgetag; Zuschneiden der Gele in Streifen mit der Schneidemaschine; Einschweißen der Streifen in Aluthen; Bei Bedarf Durchführung der Qualitätskontrolle
