This role plays a critical part, supporting WPP Group companies across EMEA through efficient, compliant, and well-controlled treasury processes. What you'll be doing: - Lead and oversee daily treasury operations and financial risk control. - Coordinate and optimize global treasury positions to ensure sufficient funding for business operations. - Manage and supervise international Cash Pooling activities. - Implement, maintain, and improve treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. - Prepare and review treasury reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts. - Act as key contact for treasury-related issues with WPP Group companies, ensuring timely resolution of incidents. - Manage relationships with banks and financial service providers across multiple countries. - Process and interpret bank statements and transactions from countries such as France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. - Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities. - Contributes to the selection and implementation of treasury management systems and tools. - Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 6-7 treasury professionals. Who you'll be working with: You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams across EMEA, as well as with WPP Group companies and external banking partners. The role involves frequent interaction with regional stakeholders and the Group headquarters.
