## ÜBER BUENA

Buena baut die Technologie, auf der die Immobilienbranche läuft. Wir machen jeden Teil der Immobilienwirtschaft so nahtlos und transparent wie möglich – vom Finden über das Finanzieren bis zum Verwalten. Dafür übernehmen wir Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland und bauen sie zu Technologieunternehmen um. In unter zwei Jahren und mit weniger als 25 Leuten im HQ sind wir bereits Deutschlands zweitgrößter Immobilienverwalter geworden.

## ÜBER DIE ROLLE

Wir übernehmen Hausverwaltungen und ihre Teams arbeiten ab dann auf der Buena App. Wie gut sie das tun, entscheidet, wie gut unser Modell funktioniert. Als Enablement-Manager (m/f/d) baust du unser Training von null auf: Du entwickelst die Struktur für Einzel- und Gruppentrainings, bist regelmäßig bei unseren Verwaltungen in ganz Deutschland vor Ort und wirst der Experte für die Buena App.

- App-Expertise: Du entwickelst dich zum Experten für unsere Hausverwaltungs- und Immobilienapp.
- Deutschlandweite Software Trainings: Du trainierst die Teams unserer Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland auf die Buena App.
- Sichtbar machen, wo Mitarbeiter mit der App hängen, und gezielt darauf reagieren.
- Adoption messen: KPIs auf Mitarbeiter-Level etablieren und veranschaulichen wer welchen Teil der App wie gut nutzt.

- Fließend Deutsch sprichst.
- Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft mitbringst.
