We're building the compliance operating system for a new era. Our mission is ambitious and global — bringing clarity and automation to one of the world's most complex and underserved domains. We are a founding team that has done this before, and we believe AI has created a once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform how companies understand, execute, and demonstrate compliance.

## THE ROLE

Few categories of this scale have yet to have their AI moment. Compliance is one of them. We have spent months under wraps building an ambitious product that will define this market. Now we are building out the initial commercial team to go capture it.

For the first time, compliance can be truly automated — continuously understood, executed, and demonstrated by design. That is what Freda is built to do. As Engagement Manager, you will get into the weeds with customers — understanding their compliance challenges, structuring the work, and driving change across a wide stakeholder landscape. This is a hands-on role: you are in the room, thinking strategically about where Freda can have the most impact, and making sure that value materializes. You will carry multiple accounts at once, building the engagement playbook as you go. Everything you learn will feed directly into how we build the product.

## WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the customer relationship from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Partner closely with each customer to understand their strategic priorities and ensure they get maximum value from Freda over time
- Drive adoption for each customer — identifying new teams, users, and use cases over time
- Run multiple engagements simultaneously, keeping all of them on track
- Build the systems, tooling, and onboarding flows that let us scale — using AI to automate what would otherwise require headcount
- Bring structured insight back to the product and founding team on what customers need

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are structured and rigorous, comfortable with complexity, and someone who follows through. You earn trust quickly across a wide range of stakeholders and you know how to keep things moving without losing people along the way. A background in law, compliance, or regulated industries is a genuine advantage, but not a requirement. We are primarily looking for sharp judgment and the ability to get things done in a fast-moving environment.

- AI native in your approach and tool usage — you use AI and technology to move faster and do more, and you're always looking for a better way, creating leverage for yourself and the team

## LOCATION

We have global ambitions from day one. We are hiring a commercial team to cover the Nordics, the UK, DACH, and France — and we are open to people working from our Stockholm office and traveling frequently, or being based in their local market.
