Tu participeras activement à la conception, au développement et à la mise en production des opérations promotionnelles Winamax, tout en accompagnant l'équipe au quotidien. Ces opérations, liées à nos univers poker et paris sportifs, prennent la forme de mini-jeux et campagnes interactives reposant sur une logique applicative forte (règles, gains, états), développées majoritairement from scratch et exposées à une forte volumétrie d’utilisateurs. En tant que Tech Lead "hands-on", tu auras un rôle hybride : tu garderas les mains dans le code (environ 50% de ton temps) sur les problématiques les plus complexes, tout en endossant le rôle de manager et de référent technique. Tu travailleras dans un environnement pragmatique où la stabilité, la performance et la qualité de livraison sont des enjeux clés. ## DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE Management & Leadership : Encadrer, animer et faire grandir une équipe de développeurs Fullstack (suivi régulier, 1-to-1, mentoring, évolution de carrière). Organiser et fluidifier le travail de l'équipe (découpage des tâches, chiffrage, priorisation) en collaboration avec le Product Owner. Diffuser les bonnes pratiques de développement et garantir la qualité du code via des code reviews. Garantir la tenue des délais et la qualité des livrables, anticiper les risques (techniques ou de planning) et proposer des plans de mitigation. Architecture & Développement (Hands-on) : Concevoir et développer les briques applicatives (majoritairement les microservices back-end en Node.js, tout en gardant une vision sur l'intégration front). Implémenter la logique complexe des opérations (règles de jeu, gains, validations) et gérer les problématiques de haute volumétrie. Porter la vision technique de l'équipe : choix d'architecture, structuration des projets, définition des spécifications techniques. Assurer la mise en production et le suivi post-production (stabilité, monitoring, alertes, gestion des incidents). ## ENVIRONNEMENT & ENJEUX TECHNIQUES Back-end : Node.js (TypeScript non transpilé avec JSDoc). Écosystème Fullstack : capacité à interagir et guider l'équipe sur les enjeux Front-end (React/Vue, animation, intégration web) liés aux mini-jeux. Événementiel : Kafka (consumer groups, reprocessing, gestion des erreurs). API publiques : contrats stables, versioning, performance et backward compatibility. Performance temps réel : faible latence, fort débit, observabilité (logs, métriques). Concurrence & fiabilité : idempotence, gestion des retries, race conditions. Architecture : Hexagonale (ports & adapters), forte exigence de testabilité et maintenabilité. ## PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Issu d'une école d'ingénieur ou d'un master en informatique et fort d'une solide expérience en développement logiciel, particulièrement en Back-End (Node.js) avec une bonne compréhension des enjeux Front-End, tu justifies d'une expérience réussie en tant que Tech Lead, Lead Développeur ou Engineering Manager. Animé par la volonté de faire grandir tes équipes, tu disposes de la prise de hauteur nécessaire pour prendre des décisions techniques structurantes et concevoir des architectures robustes. Très à l'aise avec les systèmes distribués, la forte charge et les problématiques de scalabilité, tu portes un intérêt prononcé au clean code et à la construction de systèmes ultra-fiables en production.
