## Job description

As Engineering Manager, you'll lead the engineering team responsible for building and scaling the product. You'll combine people leadership, technical decision-making, and close collaboration with Product and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

## WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Team leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers;
- Foster collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning;

Technical leadership:

- Guide architectural and technical decisions;
- Partner with senior engineers to build a secure, scalable, and maintainable product;
- Balance feature delivery with technical debt and service reliability;
- Promote engineering best practices and high code quality.

Product & delivery:

- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define priorities and roadmap;
- Translate business needs into engineering initiatives and communicate trade-offs;
- Drive planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous process improvement;
- Ensure the team delivers secure, reliable, and high-quality software.

## ABOUT YOU:

We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys building products as much as building teams.

You have:

- A strong software engineering background with experience building production systems;
- The technical depth to contribute to architecture and technical decisions;
- Experience leading engineering teams in a product environment;
- A track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers;
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and stakeholders;
- The ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery;
- Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Bonus points:

- Experience building B2B SaaS products;
- Experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or data protection;
- Experience scaling engineering teams or distributed systems.
