As part of our expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Engineering Technician to join its team. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager. An overview of your responsibilities: This Technician position will require a hands-on individual that can work with manufacturing and production team to evaluate, implement, develop, and maintain solutions to complex manufacturing process. In this role, you will: - Evaluate & Develop assembly processes based on manufacturing best practices. - Support the manufacturing process and suggesting improvements. - Support the time study evaluations & suggest ideas for improvement. - Support process engineer with activities related to the manufacturing process. - Provide work instructions updates based on feedback from failures and corrective actions. - Work with the process and design engineer to document and follow up corrective actions for process optimization. - Work with the engineering organization to define part exchange strategies in case of deviations to the manufacturing process. - Support run trials and provide feedback about feasibility. - Support, review and update training documents and work instructions. - Equipment troubleshooting as needed. - Minor operation of equipment involved in the production process. - Follow plant safety policies and procedures and proactively identify unsafe conditions. ## Experience and Responsibilities - 3+ years of experience in a similar position. - Knowledge on LEAN MANUFACTURING - Failure Diagnoses and root cause analysis - Participate on the H&S programs - Self-motivated individual, enthusiastic to learn and improvise, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
