Sobre o programa Durante oito semanas, você fará parte de um dos nossos times, com exposição a desafios reais do negócio, do produto e dos nossos clientes. Terá espaço para analisar problemas, propor soluções e assumir responsabilidade por entregas concretas, com orientação da liderança e colaboração de profissionais de diferentes áreas. O programa foi criado exclusivamente para estudantes de universidades no exterior que querem acelerar seu desenvolvimento em um ambiente de alta intensidade, aprendizado constante e responsabilidade desde cedo. Buscamos pessoas curiosas, ambiciosas e com vontade de construir. Pessoas que gostem de desafios, aprendam rápido e estejam dispostas a colocar a mão na massa para gerar impacto real.

Como funcionará o Summer Program?

- Duração: oito semanas completas, equivalentes a aproximadamente dois meses.
- Período: durante suas férias acadêmicas, entre junho e setembro de 2027.
- Datas: início e término alinhados conforme seu calendário acadêmico e a disponibilidade do time, respeitando as oito semanas do programa.
- Local: presencialmente no escritório da Enter, em Pinheiros, São Paulo.

Requisitos

- Matrícula ativa em curso superior em uma universidade fora do Brasil, incluindo Estados Unidos, Canadá, países da Europa, Reino Unido, China e outras regiões.
- Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em São Paulo durante as oito semanas completas do programa.
- Interesse em tecnologia, inteligência artificial e resolução de problemas complexos.
- Iniciativa, capacidade de aprender rápido e compromisso com a qualidade das entregas.
