## SOBRE EL EQUIPO

Estamos buscando un/a Arquitecto/a Empresarial para unirse al equipo de Glintt Next, donde tendrás un rol clave en el diseño y evolución de soluciones end-to-end para uno de nuestros partners líderes del sector bancario.

Como Arquitecto/a Empresarial, tu día a día estará orientado a definir y diseñar la arquitectura funcional y de negocio, asegurando su alineación con la estrategia global del banco y con las mejores prácticas del sector financiero. Trabajarás con una visión integral de los procesos, productos y flujos de valor, combinando conocimiento funcional, técnico y capacidad estratégica.

Tendrás una participación activa en la aplicación del modelo BIAN, el uso de marcos de arquitectura como TOGAF y ArchiMate, y la modelización de procesos mediante BPMN, colaborando estrechamente con arquitectos de datos, tecnología y soluciones, así como con product managers y equipos de desarrollo, garantizando la coherencia entre negocio y tecnología.

¿CÓMO TE IMAGINAMOS?

- Analizando, definiendo y diseñando la arquitectura empresarial, alineada con la estrategia y los objetivos del negocio.
- Comprendiendo en profundidad los productos, procesos y operaciones bancarias, con una visión end-to-end de los flujos de valor.
- Aplicando el modelo BIAN (Business Architecture Information Network) para mapear capacidades, requisitos y funcionalidades, identificando brechas y solapamientos.
- Utilizando TOGAF y ArchiMate para describir, analizar y visualizar la arquitectura empresarial de forma coherente y estructurada.
- Modelando procesos, capacidades y flujos de valor mediante BPMN.
- Colaborando de forma transversal con equipos de negocio, arquitectura, tecnología y desarrollo.
- Participando en iniciativas de Gobierno de TI, promoviendo buenas prácticas de arquitectura dentro de la organización.

## LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Experiencia sólida en el sector bancario, con conocimiento profundo de productos, procesos y operaciones.
- Capacidad para mantener una visión end-to-end de los procesos y flujos de valor del negocio.
- Dominio del modelo BIAN, incluyendo:
- Modelo de capacidades de negocio.
- Panorama de servicios.
- Objetos de negocio.
- Mapeo de requisitos y funcionalidades a capacidades y dominios de servicio.
- Conocimiento avanzado de TOGAF y ArchiMate para arquitectura empresarial.
- Experiencia en modelado de procesos y flujos de valor con BPMN.
- Capacidad para comunicar conceptos complejos a audiencias técnicas y de negocio.
- Experiencia en Gobierno de TI.
- Persona analítica, colaborativa y con visión estratégica, orientada a la calidad y a la mejora continua.
