The Enterprise Cloud & Platform Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, continuous improvement, security, and operation of enterprise cloud, network, identity, and telephony platforms. This role will provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, networking, and unified communications while driving automation, modernization, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, Microsoft 365 technologies, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and modern infrastructure automation practices. Experience with Azure cloud services is highly desirable. ## What you will do Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Services - Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Exchange Online environments. - Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, security, networking, and cost optimization. - Design and support enterprise networking including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless, and SD-WAN. - Administer VoIP and telephony solutions including AudioCodes, SIP, and carrier services. - Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform, PowerShell, and CI/CD practices. - Drive cloud security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives. - Vendor management, and infrastructure strategy. - Support and administer Azure services where applicable. - Implement highly available, resilient, and scalable cloud architectures. - Optimize cloud performance, availability, security, and cost management.
