팀 소개

AI Business Development Team은 각 산업별로 국내 및 글로벌 기업들과 파트너쉽을 통해, 연구원의 핵심 기술을 사업화 하는 조직입니다. 이를 위해, 다양한 산업군의 기업이 필요로 하는 AI 기술을 고객 및 파트너사와 같이 정의 하고, 면밀한 사업성 검토를 통해 실질적인 가치를 창출하는 사업을 기획 및 실행합니다.

수행업무

- 담당 고객사의 프로젝트 전 과정을 리드하면서, 계약 이후 온보딩·구축·운영까지 end-to-end로 주도
- 고객의 비즈니스 목표와 AI 도입 현황을 깊이 이해하고, AI 도입 성과를 점검하고 다음 단계를 함께 설계
- 프로젝트 지연, 기술 이슈, 내부 의사결정 지연 등 리스크 징후를 조기에 포착하고 대응 방안을 수립하여, 재계약률 및 고객 만족도를 안정적으로 유지
- 고객사 내 미충족 니즈와 확장 가능성을 상시 모니터링하고, BD 담당자와 협력하여 upsell 및 cross-sell 기회를 구체적인 영업 파이프라인으로 전환
- BD·FDE·연구팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 고객 이슈를 신속히 해소하고, 고객 현장에서 수집한 피드백과 Pain Point를 제품 로드맵 및 기술 개선 방향에 체계적으로 반영

필요역량

- Enterprise B2B 고객을 대상으로 Account Management, IT Project Management, IT/DX/AX 컨설팅 PM 업무를 5년 이상 수행한 경험을 보유하신 분
- 고객사 C-Level부터 실무자까지 다양한 이해관계자와의 미팅을 주도하고, 제안서 작성 및 발표를 수행한 경험을 보유하신 분
- 계약 갱신(Renewal), 서비스 확장(Upsell/Cross-sell) 등 기존 고객의 관계 관리 및 사업 확대를 수행한 경험을 보유하신 분
- 인공지능(AI) 기술에 대한 높은 이해도를 보유하신 분

우대사항

- IT 서비스, SaaS 또는 AI 솔루션 분야에서 고객사 Account Manager 또는 Project Manager(PM) 역할을 수행한 경험을 보유하신 분
- 공공기관 또는 대기업을 대상으로 B2B 프로젝트를 수행한 경험을 보유하신 분
