As the primary steward of enterprise configuration data, this individual will leverage deep ServiceNow expertise to administer and enhance the CMDB, drive Common Service Data Model (CSDM) adoption, improve data quality, optimize Discovery processes, and strengthen service relationships across the technology ecosystem. Partnering closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Endpoint Engineering, Application Owners, and Service Owners, the Senior Enterprise ServiceNow Engineer will ensure business applications, technical services, and supporting infrastructure are accurately represented within the CMDB. This role is instrumental in establishing sustainable governance practices, reducing duplicate and orphaned configuration items, delivering actionable dashboards and metrics, and serving as UTA’s CMDB subject matter expert. By building and maintaining a trusted source of truth for enterprise technology, the successful candidate will enable improved operational decision-making, automation, service reliability, and support the foundation for future IT Service Management, Asset Management, Change Management, and AI-driven initiatives across the organization.
