Neura Robotics baut sein bisheriges ERP-Team zu einem vollwertigen Enterprise Application Team aus. Mit wachsender Systemlandschaft – Business Central als ERP-Kern, CRM, Business Intelligence, KI-Integration und zukünftig MES und PLM – braucht es eine Person, die die Architektur dieser Landschaft aktiv gestaltet: Standards setzen, Integrationen sauber verzahnen und verhindern, dass durch schnelles „Vibe Coding“ unkontrollierte Schatten-IT entsteht. Du gibst die Leitplanken vor, ohne zur Freigabe-Instanz zu werden, die das Tempo des Unternehmens bremst. Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

- Referenzarchitekturen & Guidelines: Sie entwickeln und pflegen verbindliche Standards dafür, wie Systeme bei Neura miteinander verbunden werden dürfen. Wann ein Middleware-Layer sinnvoll ist und wann eine direkte Konnektor-Lösung ausreicht.
- Technisches Sparring: Sie sind früher Ansprechpartner für das Team, wenn neue Integrationen oder Tools geplant werden – als Sparringspartner, nicht als Genehmigungsinstanz.
- Systemlandschaft im Überblick: Sie pflegen eine lebendige Übersicht über Systeme und Datenflüsse hinweg – ERP (Business Central), CRM, BI, KI-Anwendungen sowie perspektivisch MES und PLM: wer greift auf was zu, wo entstehen Redundanzen oder Abhängigkeiten.
- Technologie-Bewertung: Sie bewerten neue Tools und Technologien aus Architektursicht, bevor sie eingeführt werden, um unkontrollierte Verbindungen ins Kernsystem zu vermeiden.
- KI- & Digitalisierungsstrategie: Sie arbeiten eng mit dem ERP AI Engineer und der Digital-Transformation-Rolle zusammen und bringen die Architektur-Perspektive in die KI-Strategie des Unternehmens ein.

Dein Profil

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Enterprise-Architekturen in heterogenen Systemlandschaften
- Erfahrung mit mehreren Applikationstypen (z. B. ERP, CRM, BI, MES, PLM) von Vorteil – vertiefte Business-Central-Kenntnisse sind nicht zwingend erforderlich, da diese im Team bereits abgedeckt sind
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Integrationsmustern, Middleware-Konzepten und API-Architekturen
- Hands-on-Fähigkeiten, z. B. eigenständige Umsetzung von Integrationen, sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Ausgeprägter Pragmatismus: Sie bevorzugen eine gute, sichere Lösung gegenüber der theoretisch perfekten Architektur
