Supervisory Responsibilities: - No Duties/Responsibilities: - Operate the WD 410EE envelope converter with web and sheet feeding capabilities. - Conduct daily startup, production, and maintenance—including cutting, gluing, and folding of various styles and sizes of envelopes. - Material handling includes loading and unloading print media, packing envelopes for transport, and keeping records of production and waste. - Monitor color quality on Flexo printing units and envelope print. - Maintain logs for ink, paper, and converter production. - Maintain logs for maintenance and repairs. - Carry out daily preventative maintenance per the manufacturer's guidelines. - Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures. - Work with service technicians and supervisors on machine maintenance and repairs.
